Born from a simple observation
Every week, hundreds of thousands of travelers make the journey between the Maghreb β Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria β and Europe, North America, or the Gulf. In both directions, their suitcases are rarely full. And on each side, families are waiting for a hard-to-find medicine, a local product, a gift, or a device that's cheaper elsewhere.
Colia was born from a reality the Maghrebi diaspora lives every day: asking a relative heading home, or someone flying back to Europe, to slip something into their luggage. We simply built a platform to make this possible between strangers β with the same trust, but safer.
Colia handles the hard parts: matching travelers with senders, verifying identities, and providing a direct communication channel. The result is delivery that is faster, cheaper, and more sustainable than any courier.
