Delete your Colia account

The fastest way to delete your account:

• Open Colia and sign in.
• Go to Settings, then Privacy.
• Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent: you are signed out immediately, and your profile, trips, requests and messages are no longer accessible.

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to contact@colia.io from the email address linked to your account. We process your request within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, the following data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days:

• Your profile: name, email, photo, bio, country.
• Your published trips and requests.
• Your messages and conversations.
• Your reviews and follows (followers / following).

Retained data: some data is kept longer when required by law — in particular transaction data (5 years, accounting obligations). It is dissociated from your identity as soon as possible.
